Food Banks Canada Raffle (Hedgehog Butter Dish)

ABOUT OUR CHARITABLE PARTNER

Food Banks Canada is dedicated to relieving hunger today while working toward a future where no one in Canada goes hungry. Through a nationwide network of more than 5,500 food banks and community organizations, they help provide nutritious food to individuals and families facing food insecurity, while advocating for long-term solutions to the root causes of hunger.

The need for this support has never been greater. According to Food Banks Canada's 2026 HungerCount report, food banks recorded more than 2.35 million visits in a single month, an increase of nearly 117% since 2019. Almost one-third of those accessing food banks are children, and a growing number of working Canadians are turning to food banks as rising living costs make it increasingly difficult to afford everyday necessities.

As the holiday season approaches, we are especially honoured to support an organization making such a meaningful difference in communities across the country. While many of us look forward to gathering around tables filled with food, countless families are facing difficult choices between groceries, housing, and other basic needs. Through this raffle, we hope to help ease that burden and remind our community that even small acts of generosity can make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
