Shipping - Refund Policy

Shipping Schedule:

We ship every Monday morning and will send you a tracking number once we have sent off your parcel. If we receive your order on a Monday it will be sent off the following Monday.

Return Policy:

If you do decide to return an item, Salty Sea Dog Designs will refund the cost of the item less shipping and handling. All shipping charges for a returned item will be at the expense of the customer. Any returned items that arrives damaged will not receive a refund. A refund will be issued once the original item has arrived in our studio undamaged. Please ensure you package any returned item carefully as ceramics is a fragile material.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchange Policy:

We are happy to exchange any item purchased from us within 14 days of receiving your package according to your tracking number delivery date. All items must be returned to Salty Sea Dog Designs at the cost of the customer. Additional shipping charges will be applied for an exchanged item. An exchanged item will not be sent until the original item has arrived back in our studio. We will not exchange an item that has been damaged due to neglect of the customer. If an exchanged item is returned to us damaged we will not send a replacement without additional charges. Please be aware that all items are one of a kind and may be slightly different than the original received.

Broken or Damaged Goods:

All packages are wrapped with extreme care but accidents in the postal system are know to happen. If your packages arrives damaged due to postal mishaps we will refund your money, less shipping and handling costs. A photo of the broken item needs to be sent to us for verification.
