We request that the original item to be returned to us in original condition before any refund or exchange is completed. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.       Out of all of the shapes of mugs they offer this one is the one I will always grab first! It is great for my morning tea. Perfectly shaped and keeps your drink nice and warm! Love love love this mug!

      A Great Christmas Present

      I bought the Yeti mug for my 13 year old Grandson. He loves it. I put a package of hot chocolate inside the mug that had a picture of a yeti on it with the same colouring.

      I loved it too and I had to wrap it up quickly, almost as soon as it arrived or I would have been keeping it for myself.

      Do I have to gift it?

      I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend (and was honestly not very drawn to it) and then it arrived. Holy moly this baby is a cutie!! I love him so much and am so excited to give it to my friend. The shape was surprisingly wonderful (I’ve always liked the rounder ones), the details are adorable (his mustache is to die for) and it’s beautifully made and holds so much (now including my heart!)
