      Custom coloured items are rarely listed on our site. Custom colouring will only be listed when stock permits.

      All of our mugs are handmade so they do vary in size. We do our best to keep them in this range.

      Every piece of pottery is hand crafted. The image shown may be slightly different than the one you receive.

      Colours will vary due to heat fluctuations during firing and may be slightly different than pictured. We cannot control the slight variation and is part of the handmade process.
      Colours indicated with • are only suitable for small areas and often come out as a matte finish compared to the other colours. 
      Custom coloured items will take longer to ship than other items. Please expect a deliver time of 4 weeks or more.
      Darker colours will show brush strokes more prominently than light colours. Please take this into consideration when making your selection.

      RETURN POLICY

      Due to the custom nature of this listing, exchanges will not be made. Salty Sea Dog Designs will be happy to refund the purchase if there is an error on our part. No refunds will be issued due to ordering errors. Please review your order carefully.

      Salty Sea Dog Designs is happy to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. We request that the original item to be returned to us in original condition before any refund is completed. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
