All of our mugs are handmade so they do vary in size. We do our best to keep them in this range.

  • EVERY PRODUCT IS UNIQUE

    This mug is lovingly created on the wheel and then the features are built on by hand. Since all of our mugs are built one at a time, no two mugs are exactly the same. Our mugs are also hand painted adding to the unique design on every mug. You may be able to see our hands at work in the brush strokes of the glaze. You may also notice some texture in spots. This is part of our handmade quality and the uniqueness to every piece.

  • RETURN POLICY

    Salty Sea Dog Designs is happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition. Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected.

    Please note the following:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
    • Any duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the delivery and return process are the responsibility of the purchaser. If any fees are incurred during the return, they will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Salty Sea Dog Designs is not responsible for stolen packages. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make appropriate arrangements with the shipping carrier for a secure delivery location if needed.

Cutest and Mostest Mug!!!

This is definitely the cutest mug I have ever had. My favourite thing is when I put it in the microwave and when I open up the door, it's looking right at me ("Hi friend!"). This holds so much coffee or tea too. I poured the coffee from my tall, typical mug in the otter mug and it looked so empty! LOVE IT! I definitely recommend buying one of these for yourself and those you love.
